Workshop: Mindful Night's Rest for the Busy Brain

For many of us falling asleep at night is a daunting task. When our minds and bodies are unable to adequately unwind, our sleep consequently suffers and we wake up and repeat the whole cycle again.The good news is that it does not have to be this way! So, shift the momentum and join us for this experiential event which will focus on learning mindful ways to help you ease your stress and improve the quality of your sleep through breath, relaxation, and yoga movement. A good night's sleep will set the foundation for a great day.

This event will be lead by "Type A's in Recovery": Lauren Fisher, PsyD, licensed clinical psychologist, and Jennifer Amore, Esq (RYT-200) lawyer by day and certified yoga instructor by night.

The workshop will involve light movement. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive 10 minutes early. No prior yoga experience is needed. No shoes allowed in the studio.
