Beginner's Mindfulness 101: for the Stressed Person

The good news is that Mindfulness Meditation has been proven to be very effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and psychological distress. So, if you are interested in trending more toward balance in your life, consider joining us for 2 hour workshop to learn the basic foundations of mindfulness and core mindfulness skills that can be easily integrated into your busy day (at home or work).

LOCATION INFO: Yoga In Daily Life. We are renting space in this great studio. As a note, no shoes are allowed in the studio. We will be sitting on mats or cushions. If you have any pain issues, please let us know and we can arrange for chairs to be present.
